American International Group, Inc. (AIG) in Atlanta seeks a Claims Operations Lead to manage warranty property and casualty claims for major clients. You will work with insureds, service contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate adjudication and settlements.

The role requires state Adjuster license, 2+ years P&C adjusting, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will mentor staff, audit files, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must hold home state Adjuster’s license and complete all requirements within 120 days.
• 2+ years of P&C adjusting experience.
• Ability to lead and support a team while remaining hands-on with day-to-day claims.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution or de-escalation in tense situations.
• Analytical skills and ability to locate market data online.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Answer claims and coverage questions from insureds and other departments.
• Interface with insureds and stakeholders concerning claims-related matters.
• Adjudicate and settle claims according to fair claims practices.
• Train, mentor, and coach other claims agents.
• Audit claims files and monitor authority usage for best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of industry and asset coverage types.
