Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of P&C adjusting experience.
• Home state Adjuster's license and willingness to obtain licenses in other states within 120 days.
• Ability to lead and support a team while remaining hands-on with day-to-day claims.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Answer claims and correspond with insureds, contractors, and clients.
• Adjudicate and settle claims according to fair claims practices.
• Mentor and coach other claims agents.
• Audit claims files and monitor authority use for best practices.
• Research assignments and reporting as delegated by management.
• Maintain knowledge of coverage types and exclusions.
