Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate referrals of fraud, waste, and abuse for HHS programs (Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, TANF, WIC).
• Collect evidence, interview witnesses, and analyze records to determine compliance and overpayments.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports and testify in hearings; present case file information and evidence.
