Job summary

EMC Insurance Companies invites students to join our paid internship program in our branch claims departments. You’ll gain industry knowledge and transferable skills while contributing to real-world claims work, with mentorship and networking opportunities throughout the program.

During the internship you’ll assist in investigations, negotiations and dispositions of minor multi-line claims, learn EMC processes, and explore potential pathways to full-time roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field; completion of junior year preferred.
• Interest in property casualty insurance career.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.

Education & Experience

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, communications, healthcare, psychology, sociology, criminal justice, or another related field
• Completion of junior year preferred
