Job summary

Mapfre offers a 10-week paid Summer Internship Program in Massachusetts, running from June 7 to August 13, 2027. As a Claims Intern, you will learn how insurance claims are investigated and resolved while gaining hands-on experience and mentorship within a Fortune 500 insurer.

You will assist with auto damage claims, support coverage reviews, interact with customers and facilities, and participate in networking and professional development activities.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
Master's degree student is acceptable.
Preferred majors include Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

Responsibilities

Assist with auto physical damage claims.
Support coverage reviews and liability investigations.
Communicate with customers, repair facilities, and other stakeholders.
Research claim information and maintain documentation.
Participate in networking, mentorship, and professional development activities.
