Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Claims Processor to evaluate claims against eligibility requirements and to enter data into processing systems. You will communicate with internal and external customers to gather necessary information and ensure accurate processing.

The role involves researching information, performing benefit calculations, conducting investigations, and participating in meetings and training across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of general work experience; 6 months+ claims experience preferred.
• Basic math skills; familiar with PC environment.
• Sound judgment; strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to evaluate claims against eligibility requirements.
