Job summary

OneMain Financial in West Valley City, UT is seeking a Customer Care Specialist who will be the face of the company, handling customer calls about accounts and insurance claims, and assisting with payment deferments.

You will resolve issues, process extensions, and support the Customer Relations Team Lead with various duties; high school diploma or GED required; on-site role with comprehensive benefits.
