Responsibilities

• Onboard to Travelers systems and protocols.
• Assist with personal and business insurance claims of basic to moderate complexity.
• Learn investigation, negotiation and resolution of claims.
• Develop knowledge to estimate damages and determine applicable coverages.
• Observe the work of the Claim Professional through desk and ride-alongs with experienced employees.
• Work with a mentor to develop knowledge through core assignments.
