Job summary

HomeServe USA is seeking a Contractor Recruiter to source and vet contractors for our customer home repair network in the Chattanooga area. The role involves outbound sales to join the HS Contractor Network, data entry, and negotiation of service rates within guidelines.

The position offers a base salary of $40,000 with a monthly bonus opportunity and a path for career development within a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Inside/outside sales experience with commission-based sales highly desired.
• Experience sourcing and vetting leads and managing sales territories.
• Computer literate with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.
• Capable of working independently with little supervision.
• Strong oral and written communications with emphasis on negotiation and closing the deal.
• Team-oriented; enjoys competition but also supports teammates.
• Customer-focused: puts customers at heart of everything you do.

Responsibilities

• Recruit contractors to establish and maintain a viable contractor network.
• Ensure newly recruited contractors meet business expectations around costing and compliance.
• Negotiate contractor service rates within business guidelines.
• Produce and present performance reports highlighting recruitment progress and issues.
• Demonstrate awareness of current standards and Codes of Practice.
• Perform projects as required that may involve fieldwork.
• Travel up to 10%.
