As a Customer Solutions Specialist, Claims, you’ll lead remediation projects and partner across the business to improve processes, outcomes, and customer experiences.

You’ll work with senior leaders to shape solutions, drive continuous improvement, and uphold commitments to fair, sustainable customer outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in remediation, customer outcomes, risk, governance, operational excellence, claims, or related environment.
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and determine practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Delivery of remediation centric projects or business improvement programs from inception to implementation.
• Critical thinking and evidence-based decision making in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer remediation and review initiatives to deliver fair, consistent outcomes.
• Drive complex investigations to identify impacts, root causes and sustainable solutions.
• Manage end-to-end remediation projects against objectives and timelines.
• Partner with stakeholders to achieve remediation outcomes and drive improvement.
• Analyse information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Present progress and recommendations to senior leaders and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve the customer experience.
