Falcon Insurance Group is seeking a Claims Customer Service Associate I for full-time work in Oak Brook, IL. The role handles frontline customer support for claims, updates on claim status, and routing to the appropriate staff.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service in a call center or insurance context, with a basic understanding of auto claims. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and a HS diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, insurance, or related office environment.
• Basic understanding of auto claims processes, preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing frontline support to customers regarding their claims
• Respond to inquiries, providing claim status updates, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Answer incoming status calls and provide direction and/or answers to basic claim questions
• Verify injuries
• Promptly route incoming mail and faxes to the appropriate claims staff
• Direct inbound claim calls to the proper staff representative
