Job summary

Falcon Insurance Group is seeking a customer service professional to join our claims support team in a fast-paced environment. You will provide frontline support to customers, update claim statuses, document interactions, and route inquiries to the right staff, with an emphasis on quality service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, a basic understanding of auto claims, the ability to multi-task, and a preference for bilingual English and Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center, insurance, or related office environment.
• Basic understanding of auto claims processes, preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing frontline support to customers regarding their claims
• Respond to inquiries, providing claim status updates, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Answer incoming status calls and provide direction and/or answers to basic claim questions
• Verify injuries
• Promptly route incoming mail and faxes to the appropriate claims staff
• Direct inbound claim calls to the proper staff representative
