The Claims Specialist Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Claims Specialists who investigate, evaluate, and resolve assigned title insurance claims within established levels of complexity and authority. The Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership, technical guidance, workload management, coaching, and oversight to ensure claims are handled accurately, efficiently, consistently, and in accordance with Company policies and procedures. The Supervisor serves as an escalation point for Claims Specialists and partners with Claims Counsel and Claims leadership to appropriately identify and elevate claims involving significant complexity, legal issues, increased exposure, or matters outside established authority. Attorney License is required for this role.
Pay Range: $97,700.00 - $130,300.00 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
