Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Claims Coordinator for the Business Insurance team. You’ll provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support, assist with claim intake, documentation, follow-up, and communication with internal and external stakeholders involved in the claims process.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Basic understanding of Automobile Liability, General Liability, Property, and Workers’ Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with claim intake, documentation, follow-up, and communication with stakeholders involved in the claims process.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support in accordance with claims and customer service requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to move claims through the process efficiently.

A day in the life

As our Claims Coordinator on the Business Insurance team, you’ll provide prompt, accurate, and courteous support in accordance with claims and customer service requirements. You’ll assist with claim intake, documentation, follow-up, and communication with internal and external stakeholders involved in the claims process.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field

• Prior experience working in a team-based professional environment
• Licensed Property & Casualty Agent preferred
