Job summary

Conner Strong & Buckelew is seeking a Claims Support Specialist to assist the claim consulting team in daily servicing, claims management, and customer communication. You will work with carriers and internal/external customers to ensure accurate reporting and timely updates.

The role involves entering claim data, monitoring progress, preparing reports, and supporting scheduling and correspondence. Proficiency in MS Office and agency systems is required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, plus analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
• Experience with agency systems and claims databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service.
• Report new claims to carriers and third-party administrators; enter data into Claim Loss Database.
• Monitor progression of first-party claims and escalate complex cases.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and claims data within Origami; manage correspondence and scheduling.
