Responsibilities

Structured onboarding to Travelers systems and protocols.
Exposure to Personal and Business Insurance claims of basic to moderate complexity.
Learn strategies for investigating, negotiating and resolving claims thoroughly and efficiently.
Develop knowledge of estimating damages, applying coverages, and guiding customers through the process with strong communication.
Observe Claim Professionals through desk work and ride-alongs with experienced employees.
Work with a mentor to develop claims knowledge through core assignments.
Build a foundation of customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Complete meaningful project work.
Perform other duties as assigned.
