Job summary

MEM Insurance is seeking a Claims Care Advocate to provide essential administrative and workflow support within our Claims Department. You will assist Claims Operations, Subrogation, and Nurse Case Management, and serve as a primary contact for policyholders and external partners.

You will manage records, coordinate requests, support adjusters, and respond to inquiries with professionalism, helping claims move smoothly and efficiently in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One or more years of experience in a professional office environment.
• Prior exposure to Workers’ Compensation or a similar industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and workflow support across Claims Operations, Subrogation, Litigation Technical Services, and Nurse Case Management.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone, email, fax, chat, and web portals.
• Index, process, and maintain claim files to ensure accurate information for claims review and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and process time-sensitive external requests and documentation related to claims.
