Job summary

Family & Children's Services Career Center is seeking a Claims Billing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day functions of the billing and QA team. The role supports accuracy in CDC submissions, scrubbing, batching, and finalization for payment.

You will lead continuous improvements and coordinate with other departments. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare billing (preferably Behavioral Health) and supervisory experience, with strong communication and analytical skills, plus experience

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Combination of Experience and Education considered in lieu of Education requirements on a case-by-case basis.
• 5+ years' experience in healthcare, preferably Behavioral Health.
• Experience with billing through Electronic Health Records.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the Claims Billing and Reimbursement Quality Assurance team.
• Review and track reports to address errors and submission delays.
• Maintain collaborative relationships to ensure timely finalization of CDC and authorization for payment.
• Analyze key error reports and monitor team progress.
• Participate in Revenue Cycle Monthly Operational Reviews to address denial trends.
• Suggest improvements to streamline operations and systems.
• Adopt a proactive supervisor approach.
