Job Description

The Claims Inside Auto Analyst II is responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for automobile accidents. This role determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within authority. We are seeking an Auto Claims Adjuster to join our team, supporting claims in Michigan and New Jersey. In this role, you will investigate auto accidents by gathering and analyzing facts related to each loss, determining liability, assessing coverage, and managing claims from initial report through final resolution. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that is ideal for candidates who enjoy investigative work, critical thinking, and problem-solving while providing compassion, empathy, and exceptional customer service to individuals navigating challenging situations following an accident. We are open to candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zone states.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This job does not have supervisory duties.

As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team. Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is: Adjuster Trainee : $20.77- $29.57 - Hourly Adjuster Analyst III: $50,000 - $74,350 - Annually And is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
