Job Description

The Claims Inside Auto Trainee Analyst II is responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for automobile accidents. This role determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within authority. We are seeking an Auto Claims Adjuster with experience handling auto claims from investigation through resolution. This role will be responsible for evaluating claim details, determining liability, interpreting policy language, and conducting thorough coverage analysis to support claims in the Northeastern states. The ideal candidate will be located in the eastern or central time zone states.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties. As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team. Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is:

• Auto Trainee Adjuster: $20.77/hr. -$29.57/hr.
• Auto Adjuster Analyst III: $50,000 -$74,350
• Auto Adjuster Cons I: $50,000 - $86,400
• Auto Adjuster Cons II: $56,000 - $93,250
• Auto Adjuster Sr Cons I: $68,500 -$117,700 Annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

Total compensation for this role is comprised of several factors, including the base compensation outlined above, plus incentive pay (i.e. commission, bonus, etc.) if applicable for the role.
