As the Claims Attorney with Iowa Title Guaranty (ITG) - a division of the Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) - you will have a unique blend of public service and professional challenge, where your work directly supports the integrity and efficiency of Iowa’s title system.

About this Opportunity:
As our Claims Attorney, you’ll provide legal counsel on title claims involving all aspects of real estate and insurance law, including challenges to title, transaction disputes, foreclosure matters, and contract actions to determine liability.

The Claims Attorney position is a non-merit, contract-covered position that is classified by the State of Iowa as an Attorney 2. This position is exempt per FLSA regulations.
