Seattle, WA
Oversee full case lifecycle from strategy to completion with minimal supervision
Meet with clients to determine legal strategies based on their goals and current laws
Represent detained and non-detained clients in Immigration Court and removal proceedings
Attend USCIS interviews and prepare clients and witnesses for testimony
Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and immigration applications
Collaborate with staff to implement protocols, workflows, and case-related policies
Serve as a key liaison in managing legal team operations and client relations
Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and third parties as appropriate
Provide regular case status updates to firm leadership
Maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and accountability
1–3 years of experience practicing immigration law (preferred)
Strong ability to manage full caseloads independently
Effective communicator with sound judgment and strong follow-through
Comfortable in decision-making roles within a defined specialty
Able to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Open to collaboration and contributing to firm-wide improvements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the United States (Bar admission required)
In good standing with the licensing authority
Deep knowledge of immigration law (e.g., asylum, family petitions, waivers, removal defense)
High attention to detail and organizational excellence
Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
Leadership ability and willingness to guide team members by example
Familiarity with legal software and case management tools
Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities
Adaptable, empathetic, and culturally sensitive in client interactions
