Job Overview:

This full-time, remote position requires a skilled legal professional to provide expert legal counsel, research, and advocacy for a wide range of immigration matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration law while maintaining the highest level of ethical and professional standards.

Duties:

  • Offer legal advice and counsel to clients on various immigration matters.
  • Manage and represent clients in immigration cases, including business and family immigration, naturalization/citizenship, and humanitarian visas.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and stay updated on changes in immigration law.
  • Prepare and review legal documents such as petitions, applications, and motions.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients with government agencies and other legal entities.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient process for their immigration cases.
  • Ensure timely filing of documents and compliance with all deadlines and regulations.
