• Communicate with brokers, insurance adjusters, motor carriers, customers, and other parties to gather information and resolve claims.
• Monitor assigned claims, follow up on outstanding documentation, and maintain accurate claim files.
• Scan, upload, and organize required documentation while maintaining detailed notes and communication records in the claims management system.
• Escalate complex or disputed claims to management or legal counsel as needed.
• Ensure all claim activity and correspondence are documented and files remain current.
