Rita Staffing in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage cash applications, invoicing, and credit reconciliations. The role requires attention to detail and strong Excel skills.

You will review balances, set up new customers, post payments, and ensure accurate ledger reconciliation, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm and a temporary-to-hire pathway. Must have 3+ years in credit/collections and transportation experience preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Reviews credit balances, set up new customers; reconciles, corrects, and applies adjustments to invoices.
Recommends accounts to be charged off or placed on credit block.
Posts and reconciles payments to ledgers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have transportation or trucking experience
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years' experience in credit and/or collections
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and the ability to make decision and meet deadlines
Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
Advanced experience with Excel; proficiency with Word and Outlook
Ability to read and interpret accounting and financial records
