Job summary

TRISTAR is seeking a detail-oriented clerical associate to support workers’ compensation claims from a home-based role. The candidate will input data, manage claim files, prepare letters, and coordinate with claimants, legal counsel, and providers.

Strong keyboarding (45 wpm), excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy are essential. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience in workers’ compensation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take messages, and route information to stakeholders.
• Provide general clerical support and help manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
