Qualifications

• Education requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027 (unofficial transcript required upon application).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate professionally.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims while collaborating with underwriters, actuaries, legal, HR, and operations teams.
• Analyze claims and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key business stakeholders to support objectives and project execution.
• Monitor claims activity, respond to customer inquiries, and help ensure accurate payments, reserving, and cost management.
• Promote consistency and best practices across the organization to drive operational excellence.
• Gain exposure to various Claims disciplines including Adjusting, Administration & Analytics, Fraud & Recovery, and Operations.
