Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims while collaborating with underwriters, actuaries, legal, HR, and operations teams.
• Analyze claims and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to support business objectives.
• Monitor claims activity, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate payments and reserving.
• Promote consistency and best practices across the organization.
• Gain exposure to diverse Claims disciplines including Adjusting, Analytics, Fraud & Recovery, and Operations.
