Duties:

This non-IT operations position involves working within a team responsible for the timely and accurate implementation of client pricing. The role includes building pricing outputs across various lines of business such as Employer, Health Plan, and Government for pharmacy claims adjudication.

The assignment entails providing operational project support to assess different information inputs (moderate to complex data) used in various pricing initiatives. The candidate will aggregate data based on defined requirements into a single output for use by other parts of the organization. Attention to detail is critical as the results may be subject to audits. The role requires proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word), AS400, and Salesforce. Other responsibilities include reconciliation of project data, process improvement, documentation, and process flows. The candidate must be well-organized and capable of accurately preparing, cataloging, and electronically storing information. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with different business partners (e.g., Underwriting/Account Team or Sales) throughout the project lifecycle. Participation in virtual meetings is expected, with potential for onsite meetings as needed.

Experience:

Healthcare experience is preferred, especially in a PBM environment or claims auditing. Data analysis experience is crucial, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate information across knowledge levels, including leadership. Experience in moderate to complex project participation and working in fast-paced, volume-driven environments is preferred. Knowledge of compliance and audit fundamentals is a plus.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred. Degrees in Business, Finance, or backgrounds in auditing are advantageous.
