Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a Claims Administrator to support workers' compensation, auto liability, general liability, and property claims programs. The role coordinates intake, documentation, communication, return-to-work processes, and administrative support with employees, supervisors, carriers, TPAs, and other partners to ensure timely reporting and accurate records.

The candidate should have an Associate degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years in workers' compensation or insurance.

  • 2+ years of workers' compensation, risk management, or insurance-related experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with claims management systems and handling sensitive information preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and report new claims to TPAs, carriers, and claim partners.
  • Maintain accurate claim files, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Serve as a resource for employees and supervisors regarding claim reporting and claim status.
  • Collect and manage incident reports, medical documentation, witness statements, and supporting records.
  • Track work restrictions, return-to-work dates, and modified duty assignments.
  • Follow up with employees, supervisors, providers, and adjusters to obtain required information.
  • Assist with OSHA recordkeeping, audits, insurance renewal requests, and compliance‑related activities.
  • Manage claims‑related correspondence, reports, and departmental administrative tasks.

Job description

The Claims Administrator supports the company's workers' compensation, auto liability, general liability, and property claims programs through claim intake, documentation management, employee communication, return-to-work coordination, and administrative support. This position works closely with employees, supervisors, carriers, TPAs, and other claim partners to ensure timely reporting, accurate recordkeeping, and a positive claims experience.

What You'll Do:

$65,137 - $75,321 a year

The pay range for this position is $65,137 to $75,321 base salary.Actual compensation within this range will depend on factors unique to each candidate, such as prior experience, skill, certifications, and work location. Pay variations by location reflect local conditions and differences in the cost of labor.
