Roundstone, Inc. in Lakewood, Ohio is seeking a Stop Loss Claims Administrator to receive and process claims submitted by our third-party administrators.

You will accurately input claims data and process low dollar claims, ensuring timely completion and compliance with deadlines. This role requires precise attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong time management to handle multiple workstreams.

Role Description

The Stop Loss Claims Administrator is responsible for receiving and processing claims submitted by our third-party administrators. As a member of this team, you will receive and accurately input claims data and process low dollar claims. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to manage your time in order to meet deadlines and metrics. To be successful in this role, one must be flexible, able to manage their time independently and open to learning and to growing.
