Job summary

Roundstone, Inc. is seeking a Stop Loss Claims Analyst to receive and process claims from our third-party administrators. You will input claims data accurately, process low-dollar claims, and maintain deadlines with a focus on detail.

The role requires time management, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow within the team. Key duties include handling initial inquiries in the claims department, setting up claims, analyzing submissions, and coordinating with administrators.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial point of contact in the claims department.
• Set up claims and input data.
• Analyze submission materials for accuracy and completeness.

Role Description

TheStop Loss Claims Analyst isresponsiblefor receiving and processing claims submitted by ourthird-partyadministrators.Asa member of this team, you willreceive andaccurately inputclaimsdata and process low dollar claims. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to manage your time in order to meet deadlines and metrics. To be successful in this role, one must be flexible, able to manage their time independently and open to learning and growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
