One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Claims Adjuster (Warranty Insurance) to join our growing team in Oregon. You will handle inbound customer calls, verify contract details, enter claims, and assess coverage according to policies.

Responsibilities include reviewing documentation, issuing denials or scheduling servicers, and processing estimates up to $750.00. A high school diploma and familiarity with MS Office are required; adjuster's license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of insurance and warranty policies preferred.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word/Excel) desired.
• Excellent communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support by answering incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Verify contract information, enter new claims, and confirm coverage per policies.
• Review supporting documentation, ownership proofs, and replacement costs.
• Issue coverage denials or schedule servicers as needed.
• Process claims and estimates up to $750.00 with accuracy.
