Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• No prior claims handling experience is necessary for this position.
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in claim investigation, compensability, policy coverage, statutory law, case law, benefits analysis and payment under supervision.
• Coordinate with employers, injured workers and medical providers; administer benefits and support litigation management.
• Document all activities in the claim management system and manage diaries for open claims; prepare for mediations and hearings.
