Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate insurance claims to determine loss or damage.
• Conduct thorough investigations, including site visits and interviews, to gather evidence.
• Communicate with policyholders, adjusters, and legal representatives to keep all parties informed.
• Coordinate with repair shops, medical providers, and other service providers to resolve claims.
• Negotiate and settle claims with policyholders, ensuring fair outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims activities and communications.
