• Completion of a claims adjustment training program or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess insurance claims to determine liability and coverage.
• Interview policyholders, witnesses, and other parties to gather information.
• Review medical records, repair estimates, and other relevant documentation.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to reach a fair settlement.
• Prepare and submit claims reports and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims.
• Provide excellent customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process.
