Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property claim experience with an insurer.
• Proficient in Xactimate for property estimates.
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance policies and claims handling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to ethics and regulatory compliance.
• Active adjuster licenses and CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze property claims to determine coverage and damages.
• Prepare professional correspondence including coverage determinations.
• Communicate with insureds, agents, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize remote inspection tools and independent adjusters as needed.
• Create and audit property damage estimates with Xactimate.
• Maintain accurate claim documentation, file notes, and reserves.
• Identify subrogation and salvage opportunities and manage disputes.
• Prepare detailed claim summaries for management and regulatory purposes.
