Responsibilities

• Assist with structured onboarding to Travelers systems and protocols.
• Exposure to basic to moderate complexity Personal and Business Insurance claims.
• Learn investigation, negotiation and resolution strategies for claims.
• Assist in estimating damages and applying coverages with clear communication.
• Observe experienced colleagues through desk work and ride-alongs.
• Develop customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Support with project work and other duties as assigned.
