JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Supervisor, FalconCare, the Claim Administrator – Program Analyst is responsible for theday-to-day administration and processing of incoming FalconCare, warranty, and commercial program claims. Thisincludes reviewing maintenance transactions and invoices, checking incoming claims for completeness and accuracy,identifying missing or inconsistent information, preparing documentation for invoice payment, and maintaining KPIs.The role also contributes to data integrity, process efficiency, and visibility into claim activity and programperformance. It supports the FalconCare team with claims data cleanup, system updates, and record validation to improve the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of program information.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position typically falls between $70,000 to $90,000 per year. This position is not eligible for overtime.
Note: the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
