Schaeffler Technologies AG & Co. KG is seeking a Set Up Operator II - Bonding for the 2nd shift in Wooster, OH. You will set up and program machines, oversee ramp up, and assist with maintenance and inspections to ensure quality and uptime.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to read blueprints, operate inspection machinery, and lift medium-heavy objects. Shift premiums are offered with competitive benefits and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use measuring instruments and identify defects.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to operate medium-complex machinery for inspection.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up and program operating machines including accuracy/efficiency tests on first runs.
• Oversee ramp up of machines after setup and support Operators in operating the machines.
• Support maintenance in repair and prevention of downtime and inspection of machines.
• Follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Inspect finished product and submit for approval.
• Follow safety and production rules and use PPE at all times.
