Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Georgesville is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while collaborating with an experienced service team. Whether you have automotive experience or are eager to grow, this role offers learning and career advancement opportunities.

There is an option to participate in the HIRE 60 Automotive Service Training Program, which provides paid training while learning the trade.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required/preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to develop automotive service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
• Willingness to learn and continue developing technical skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other preventative maintenance.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.
• Complete assigned services accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate vehicle concerns and recommended repairs to Service Advisors.
• Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer service standards.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe service bay.
• Properly use and maintain tools and shop equipment.
• Work alongside Service Technicians and other team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:
