The position updates materials, delivers online and in-person instruction via LMS platforms, assesses learners, and maintains course information in government systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or approved degree/experience equivalency.
• One (1) year of online instruction experience using LMS platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Canvas.
• Experience facilitating group instruction and learner engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver foundational training programs supporting civilian workforce development.
• Update course materials and maintain content across learning platforms and delivery modalities.
• Facilitate online and resident classroom instruction.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate learner progress, and provide feedback.
• Enter, update, and maintain course information in government-approved systems.
• Compile and analyze end-of-course metrics and assist with reporting requirements.
• Participate in ADDIE-based instructional development initiatives.
• Support student engagement, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness activities.
• Maintain compliance with CLDS instructional guidance and quality standards.

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Civilian Foundations Development (CFD) Training and Development Specialist at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL.

• This position is contingent upon the award of a federal contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver foundational training programs supporting civilian workforce development.
• Update course materials and maintain content across learning platforms and delivery modalities.
• Facilitate online and resident classroom instruction.
• Conduct assessments, evaluate learner progress, and provide feedback.
• Enter, update, and maintain course information in government-approved systems.
• Compile and analyze end-of-course metrics and assist with reporting requirements.
• Participate in ADDIE-based instructional development initiatives.
• Support student engagement, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness activities.
• Maintain compliance with CLDS instructional guidance and quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Leadership, Management, Human Resources, Human Relations, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Behavior, or related discipline; or approved degree/experience equivalency.
• One (1) year of online instruction experience utilizing Microsoft Teams, Canvas, or similar LMS platform.
• Experience facilitating group instruction and learner engagement activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Department of the Air Force or federal workforce development experience.
• Adult learning and instructional facilitation experience.
• Experience supporting leadership development programs.
