Job summary

Oneida ESC Group in Montgomery, AL, seeks a full-time Performance Management Coaching Training and Development Specialist to design and deliver coaching-focused leadership programs at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex.

The role includes facilitating sessions on performance management, coaching, accountability, and employee development, delivering both virtual and in-person instruction via LMS platforms, and contributing to course design and program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Management, Human Resources, Human Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Behavior, or related discipline.
• Master's degree or higher in social or behavioral sciences.
• Two (2) years of online instruction experience using Microsoft Teams, Canvas, or similar LMS technology.
• Coaching certification (ICF, BCC, or equivalent) required for designated positions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time Performance Management Coaching Training and Development Specialist at Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL.

*This position is contingent upon the award of a federal contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver coaching-focused leadership development programs.
• Facilitate training sessions related to performance management, coaching, accountability, and employee development.
• Provide individual and group coaching support within program requirements.
• Conduct virtual and resident instruction using approved LMS and collaboration platforms.
• Participate in course design, development, implementation, and evaluation efforts.
• Assess learner performance and provide individualized coaching feedback.
• Maintain instructional materials and update content based on program requirements.
• Support student engagement, mentoring, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Compile reports and support continuous program improvement efforts.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Management, Human Resources, Human Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Behavior, or related discipline.
• OR Master's degree or higher in social or behavioral sciences.
• Two (2) years of online instruction experience using Microsoft Teams, Canvas, or similar LMS technology.
• Coaching certification (ICF, BCC, or equivalent) required for designated positions.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) or more years of documented coaching experience.
• Federal civilian leadership development experience.
• Experience coaching managers and supervisors within government organizations.
• Advanced certifications in executive coaching, leadership coaching, or organizational development
