Qualifications

• 8+ years of estimating experience, including leading pursuit teams
• Experience pricing for civil, water, and wastewater projects
• Industry certifications such as PMP, CPE, or DBIA are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead bid pricing, review general conditions, and set bid strategy
• Manage subcontractor prequalification and pricing comparisons
• Oversee bid calendar, Go/No-Go decisions, and bid day activities
• Mentor Estimators and Project Engineers on takeoff, pricing, and constructability
