Providing physicals per the UCSIS for those immigrating to the US.

Passport Health is seeking a physician to work with us one day per week in performing the physician portion of immigration physicals (Form I-693). Prior to the physician seeing the clients, all lab work and vaccines will be completed and ready for his/her review.

Qualifications

To perform this work, you must be a civil surgeon. Passport Health will pay for all fees and apply for the credentialing process for you. We will entertain those who currently are or who are willing to apply for this designation. Experience with immigration physicals is a plus but not necessary as we can provide training.
