You will collaborate with field and office staff to keep work on budget and on schedule, leveraging your civil engineering degree and Texas Professional Engineer license.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, a TX P.E. or reciprocity, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with AutoCAD Civil3D or MicroStation ORD is a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• 3–5 years of professional engineering experience required; subsurface engineering preferred.
• Texas Professional Engineer certification or ability to reciprocity.
• TxDOT Pre-Certification in Subsurface Utility Engineering or ability to obtain quickly.
• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage action plans for SUE projects within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with field and office staff; coordinate with SUE departments.
• Assist with as-built utility records and project designs.
• Balance multiple projects and timelines; communicate progress to Project Managers.
• Participate in site visits, agency and municipal meetings as needed.
• Maintain organizational and technical standards; ensure timely deliverables.
