Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking new graduates who will graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 for a Graduate Civil Engineer in our Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) & Utility Coordination (UC) group in our Richardson, TX office.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and FE exam status. Knowledge of MicroStation V8i and AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred, with strong organizational and communication skills. This entry-level position offers growth in SUE/UC services in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Passed FE exam or will within 6 months.
