Job summary

Taurus Industrial Group seeks a civil/structural engineer to develop designs for process equipment, pipe racks, warehouses, and site development.

You will perform structural analyses (dead, live, wind, seismic), foundation design, and soil-structure interaction, preparing calculations, reports, and drawings for plant facilities. Collaboration with management on cost estimates and project feasibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience as an engineer, staff engineer, or relevant role.
• Experience with structural analysis and foundation design is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil and structural engineering design for process equipment, pipe racks, warehouses, and site development.
• Conduct engineering analysis and calculations: dead, live, wind, seismic loads; soil-structure interaction.
• Prepare design calculations, structural analysis reports, drawings, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
• Review criteria and specifications per industry codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE, ASTM).
• Support capital projects, feasibility studies, and plant expansion efforts.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance in designs.
