Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer for utility-scale solar construction. While not actively hiring now, we invite qualified candidates to join our Talent Community for future opportunities.

You will support design and development of solar projects, review reports, and create preliminary designs for foundations, grading, roads, and erosion control, working with estimating and operations to ensure constructible designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 6+ years of engineering and/or construction experience preferred, ideally in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and development of utility-scale solar projects and renewable energy facilities.
• Review engineering reports, site data, and project requirements to develop civil and structural design solutions.
• Create and review preliminary designs for foundations, grading, roads, and erosion controls.
