Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Designer II to support major heavy industrial and power plant design projects. The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of structural design experience, with a strong background in power generation, industrial facilities, structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or ductwork.

This position will collaborate with engineering teams, clients, contractors, vendors, and plant personnel to develop accurate, high-quality design deliverables and address field and constructability requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce 2D drawings and 3D models for structural steel, reinforced concrete, and/or ductwork.


• Develop structural layouts, conceptual designs, and detailed design drawings.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3D structural modeling experience strongly preferred.


• Experience with Bentley/Microsoft structural software.


• Experience with Advance Steel or similar structural modeling/detailing software.


• Steel and/or concrete detailing experience.


• Experience supporting power generation or heavy industrial projects.


• Experience coordinating structural designs with engineering, construction, and plant operations teams.
